I teach classical hatha yoga with emphasis on yoga as a vehicle for meditation. Emphasis is placed on asana practice using breath to calm the body and the mind.
As a yoga therapist I work with individuals wanting to adapt their yoga practice to their individual needs; particularly individuals who have experienced injuries or illnesses that have limited their mobility.
I am on vacation until September 2008.
Classes and private sessions will recommence in September.
